• At least 16 years of education (Master’s degree preferred) specializing in Mass Communications, Business Administration, Information Management, ICT, or equivalent.
• At least eight years of program/project management experience, preferably in IT/LMS/Online Learning/MOOCs/Higher Education technology projects.
• Minimum of 3 years as a Project Manager.
• Hands-on experience with LMS/MOOCs, TV programming, studio setup and management, graphics, multimedia, or similar projects is desirable.

2. Dy. Program Specialist

• Pay Scale: PPS-10
• Salary: Rs. 437,500/- per month (All inclusive)
• Number of Posts: 1
• Qualifications/Experience:
• At least a Master/Bachelor degree (16 years of education) from a reputable national/international university in Education, Public Policy, Management, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
• At least 8 years of experience in the Higher Education sector, particularly in training, capacity building, and policy implementation.

3. Project Manager (Blockchain)

• Pay Scale: PPS-10
• Salary: Rs. 437,500/- per month (All inclusive)

• Qualifications/Experience:
• At least 16 years of education (Master’s degree preferred) specializing in ICT/Engineering/Computer Science/Information Management or equivalent.
• Certification related to cloud, blockchain, and/or IAM technologies would be an advantage.

4. Implementation Engineer (Blockchain)

• Salary: Rs. 218,750/- per month (All inclusive)

• Master/Bachelor Degree (16 years of education) in Computer Sciences or Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Java, Python, JavaScript, and Solidity for writing smart contracts and developing blockchain applications.
• Understanding of blockchain architecture and cryptographic principles.
• Preferred industry-recognised certifications like Oracle Certified Professional, Blockchain, Databases, Microsoft Certified, or Azure Developer Associate.
• Experience in project management software (Ms. Projects, Primavera, etc.) is preferred.

5. Office Manager

• Pay Scale: PPS-07
• Salary: Rs. 157,500/- per month (All inclusive)

• At least five years of practical relevant experience in a similar role.

6. Assistant Program Specialist

7. Office Assistant

• At least Graduation (14 years of education) from HEC recognised University/Institution with two years of work experience in Public/Private sector organisation of good repute.

• Qualifications/Experience:
• Matriculate with one year of relevant experience.

9. Janitor/Sanitary Worker

• Pay Scale: PPS-02
• Salary: Rs. 35,000/- per month (All inclusive)

• Qualifications/Experience:
• 3 years of experience as a sanitary worker.
